Stylish nail 2012: trendy colors

All shades of red nail polish remain actual, you can see it in Giles, Emanuel Ungaro, Vionnet, Bebe, Adam collections. Almost all of the fashion designers tend to combine this color with short nails. Blue will become one of the most trendy colors. Gareth Pugh and Cacharel suggested stylish women to choose it next fall and winter.
Global brands took care of bright colors fans as well. It is lime color, like in Chanel, turquoise - as in Thakoon and bright yellow in D & G.

Classic grey, like in Felder Felder and Karen Walker, and black – as in Zang Toi and Tracy Reese won’t lose its relevance.
Those women, who prefer natural tones, will be satisfied as well. Following designers offer pastel tones: Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce and Gabbana, Issa and Rachel Roy.
Finally, in the upcoming season don’t forget about the rich golden nail polish that was used in the Chanel and Vivienne Westwood collections.

Moon Nails 2012

Many of the fashionistas have already added the moon nail to their armory. Upcoming season is not an exception: famous brands suggest women to give preference to the moon nail with variety of contrasting colors. For example, Gareth Pugh chose bright blue and golden nail polish for its models;, Badgley Mischka picked burgundy and silver, Phillip Lim - peach and black, and Dior - purple and white. By the way, moon nail 2012 looks best on the rounded and almond shaped nails.

Nail 2012 trends

Modern woman must remember that trendy nail in 2012 has to be well-groomed and neat at the first place. Rounded, natural nail shape and also natural length are in-style; nails may be only slightly above the fingertips.

Classic French nail in shades of white and pink has undergone the dramatic changes this season. The most trendy color combinations are black and white, like in Behnaz Sarafpour collection, burgundy and gold, as in Jason Wu, and even white and red, like in Vivienne Tam. A House of Holland suggests women to cover only the protruding part of the nail with bright patterns, leaving the rest of it unpolished.
Brave girls will like the extraordinary nail, like in Alexander McQueen’s collection: the combination of silver and deep blue will match even the most daring ensemble perfectly.

Nails Art Galery march 2011

Nail art on one short French manicured nail. Many manicures with nail art are on long nails (more nail length gives you more canvas to paint on), and each nail has art affixed to or painted on it. But this photo of bridal nails shows you that could can wear nail art on short nails, and keep it simple with just one enhanced nail. Good place to start if you're new to nail art. You can experiment with one nail before you get a full set of decorated fingernails.
Round pink nail tips with a silver glitter line and small flower stickers. This type of line at the end of the nail bed is a popular alternative French Manicure style. It is also fairly easy to do yourself because you can do it freehand without a guide. Nail art stickers in a lot of nail art designs are applied to each nail but alternating fingernails looks fine, too.

Perfect French pedicure
Isn't it time you treated yourself to a spa visit that leaves you with immaculate toenails? This foot model has perfectly manicured toenails for a very healthy clean look. Her cuticles were professionally removed and beautifully rounded. Her toenails were painted with a soft light pink polish and modestly decorated with thin pretty white tips. It is a very simple style but it looks so nice. This new pedicure is a perfect summer beauty idea.
Q. Where can I find a nail art salon?
A. If you usually do your own nails, or get basic manicures in one block color, you may be surprised to know the vast majority of nail salons in America offer nail art. According to poll results in an industry magazine, in fact, nail technicians in 92.2% of salons can enhance your nails (Nails mag, March 2007). Call ahead or check nail salon websites to see if art is included in their list of available services. Be specific in your inquiries.
More specific survey results showed a wide range in the types of nail art available. Over 75% of salons say they can do mixed media, but only 15.7% of manicurists are skilled in free-hand airbrushing. That number drops in half if you want photos on your nails. Fortunately, though, 68.3% offer one of the most popular nail art looks: custom French manicures.

French Manicure with 3D flower
Brides getting married this summer may like to enhance the classic wedding look of French nails with a little nail art design. You can dress up one fingernail with 3D nail art and lightly paint it and your other nails. Wearing a gold wedding ring? How about a light dusting of gold on your French Manicure? Try something old (French) with something new (art).

CHRISTMAS NAILS ACRYLIC

I have to give my client credit for this. She suggested we fade the darker blue up to the lighter blue. (I usually do it the opposite way) I also painted snowflakes with a migi nail art pen. It turned out fabulous! Thanks Nicole!

These nails acrylic remind me of cute Christmas wrapping paper. I used fimo clay candy canes from oaktreedollshouseminiatures.com and painted green and white stripes with a striping brush.

These nails acrylic have a little fimo clay penguin on the ring finger from kennick kreations.

These nails acrylic have a red and silver fade with fimo clay candy canes on the ring fingers.

I already did some nails acrylic very similar to this but on these I added white polish dots at the smile line.

On these nails acrylic I painted a Christmas plaid using a striping brush.

This is a fimo clay poinsetta that I added to the ring finger. I purchased it from oaktreedollshouseminiatures.

Merry Christmas Acrylic Nails

On these nails acrylic I custom mixed a red acrylic with chunks of sparkly glitter. I also added silver "tinsel" at the tips. The ring fingers have a fimo clay Santa. I used my migi nail art pen to write Ho, Ho, Ho across the other fingers. Merry Christmas!

On these nails acrylic I painted a string of Christmas lights with my migi nail art pens.

These nails acrylic have a fimo clay Christmas Tree on the ring fingers from kennickkreations.com. My client loves stars so we added white and silver stars on all the other fingers.

These nails acrylic have a red and green smile line fade. I also added candy canes. I know I've done a lot of candy canes but hey they are just so cute I can't help it!

On these nails acrylic I painted a thick and thin white stripe to coordinate with the fimo candy cane on the ring fingers.

On these nails acrylic I faded silver up from the smile line and painted white snowflakes.
